Deep Dive Introductory Coaching Session

Rather than explain coaching to you, let me show you. I will block 2 hours and give you a powerful experience of coaching. We cover all aspects of your life, both personal and professional, starting with the big picture digging into as many details as we can, including the challenges or problems you are facing. You will come away with new insight, and the beginnings of a plan for how to move forward, which will flow perfectly into a coaching package.
Personal and Professional Coaching Package
$900-$1700 / qtr
Coaching packages are designed to give you the support you need to achieve your dreams and goals. To thrive where you are at, and / or figure out what’s next. And eliminate the beliefs and barriers holding you back.
Together, we’ll break down the problem, and work toward solving the pieces. You’ll put processes and systems in place, and I’ll equip you with the right tools every step of the way. Often, this means growing in self awareness in parallel. In the end, you will come away living the life you want, with stronger relationships, true success, and more joy.
Special Needs Parent Coaching Package
$700-1300 / qtr
As a parent of kids with special needs (both physical and emotional) it is a particular passion of mine to support other families in what I consider Olympic level parenting. This service covers coaching and mentoring, short or long term.
I can help you deal with your inner challenges and acceptance, patience, and problem solve family difficulties. I can even refer you out to other specialists who have more specific skills, like Occupational Therapy, Adoption Counseling, or Spelling practitioners. (Learn more about my family — pictured left — on my About page). But mostly, I can offer you hope and support as you persevere.
Hourly Coaching and Consulting
$225 / hr
If you just need some ad hoc coaching, or want to continue regularly in a less intensive way after a package (i.e. monthly maintenance), I’m available at hourly rates. This does not include any of the additional services.
I’m also available for consulting in specialty areas, such as strategic planning, technical program management, and agile teams, based on my extensive experience working in big tech.
Coaching Package Details
These include multiple scheduled sessions, ad hoc calls, direct messaging, and additional resources I send you (e.g. books, articles, audio, etc.). You get discounts for booking multiple quarters, and depending on your goals that may be required.
Some example coaching packages (Time duration dependent on frequency you choose):
Monthly (or Bi-Weekly) 50-min deep dive sessions
Bi-Weekly (or Weekly) 25-min focused sessions
Quarterly two-hour visioning and big picture planning, plus mid-quarter check-in.
