  • Coaching is about the future, and how you get there from here. It does not require the coach to be an expert in the client’s area.

    Mentoring is typically based on an area of expertise shared between mentor and mentee.

    Therapy is primarily about the past (and how it affects the present.)

    There is certainly some overlap, and I do a blend of coaching and mentoring. Set up some time, and I will custom craft the right program for you.
